Skoda Kodiaq

The North Loop of the Nürburgring is considered a definitive touchstone for sporty vehicles. If a car impresses here, it will impress on any road. Racing driver and ring-expert Sabine Schmitz defeated the Green Hell in 9:29.84 minutes in the Kodiaq RS – powered by a four-cylinder diesel engine with twin turbochargers, 240 hp (176 kW) and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. The absolute best time for a seven-seater SUV!

This is the best platform for our engineers and wenow offer a performance upgrade for the fast Skoda, boosting the drive to a hefty 325 hp (239 kW) with a maximum torque of 450 Nm. In figures, this means a 60-hp increase in the engine and a 50-Nm increase in torque. This is made possible by the performance upgrade ABT Power with the high-tech control unit ABT Engine Control (AEC).

Strong like a bear

Drivers of non-RS variants also get their money's worth: drivers can look forward to an SUV that's adequately powerful as a diesel as well as a petrol thanks to ABT Sportsline. The power boost is provided by the ABT Engine Control (AEC) unit.

The 2.0 TDI with 193 HP (142 kW) in the production model can also order a boost. We get up to 220 HP (162 kW) from the diesel engine, increasing the maximum torque to 440 Nm.

The upgrade gives the 1.5 TSI, for example, 190 HP (140 kW) and up to 290 Nm, turning it into a true alpha.
