CUPRA Formentor in new best form
The non-limited version of the Formentor also has something to offer under the bonnet: The top model, the VZ 2.0 TSI, can already boast 333 HP (245 kW) and 420 Nm from the factory. In view of the close collaboration with the CUPRA brand, it goes without saying that our engineers invested their expertise here once again and gave the Formentor a substantial increase in power of 67 HP (49 kW) and 50 Nm with the help of the high-tech ABT Engine Control (AEC) control unit. As a result, the Power SUV delivers an impressive 400 HP (294 kW) and 470 Nm at the start.

Dynamisch in jeder Hinsicht
Wer den Spurt akustisch noch emotionaler untermalen möchte, kann zusätzlich eine vierrohrige ABT Schalldämpferanlage ordern. So kommt das Temperament des Formentors auch klanglich vollends zur Geltung. Außerdem besticht sie durch ihre 4-Rohr Endrohrblenden in stilvollem schwarz matt mit einem Durchmesser von stattlichen 102 mm. Geziert werden die Blenden vom ABT-Logo.
Das serienmäßige Aktivfahrwerk wurde zudem gemeinsam mit unserem Extreme E-Rennfahrer Mattias Ekström abgestimmt, der bereits für uns in der DTM startete. Für das aktive Fahrwerk gibt es auf Wunsch zudem ABT Fahrwerksfedern, die rundum für eine Tieferlegung von bis zu 35 mm sorgen.
Ein zusätzlicher Eyecatcher sind die attraktiven Leichtmetallräder. So beeindruckt das mattschwarze Design der ABT Sport GR Felge mit seinem stark konkaven Felgenbett und einer komplett diamantbedrehten Oberfläche. Optional ist das Rad in glossy black mit diamantbedrehtem Felgenhorn verfügbar. Weitere Möglichkeiten sind mit den 19-Zoll-Modellen ABT DR und ER-C sowie dem 20-Zoll-Rad FR gegeben.
